Latest expression offers a delicately balanced blend of 7-year, 13-year and 16-year aged bourbons, finished in Tokaji casks

Limestone Branch Distillery’s Master Distiller, Steve Beam, is thrilled to announce the release of the highly anticipated 2023 edition of Yellowstone Limited Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This special bourbon has been expertly crafted by blending bourbons aged for 7, 13, and 16 years, and then finishing them in unique Tokaji casks. Bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV), this limited release consists of only 10,000 cases, each containing three 750 ml bottles. Starting this August, bourbon enthusiasts across the nation can get their hands on a bottle for the suggested retail price of $99.99.

Steve Beam, known for his exceptional taste and skill, personally handpicked the three aged bourbons for this limited edition release. These bourbons were then carefully combined and aged in Tokaji casks. Tokaji is a special sweet wine made from white-wine grapes found in Hungary’s Tokaji region. These casks add a remarkable complexity and layered flavors to the bourbon, enhancing its overall quality.

“When creating the Yellowstone Limited Edition, my goal is to find a finish that I personally enjoy and believe will result in a delicious, well-balanced bourbon,” shared Beam. “This year, I discovered the perfect finish in the Tokaji casks from northern Hungary. When you savor this bourbon, expect enticing aromas of honey, green grapes, and freshly baked cinnamon. Its body boasts dry spice, followed by notes of caramel, dark cherry, citrus, and a hint of white pepper. The finish brings forth hints of dry tobacco, honeysuckle, and smoky oak. Fans of Yellowstone Limited Edition bourbons are in for a real treat!”

The 2023 Yellowstone Limited Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is presented in beautifully designed bottles with embossing, adorned with a premium natural cork and label displaying the 2023 Yellowstone Limited Edition emblem, along with the bold callout of its 101-proof strength.
